Our Story
As professional travel consultants, travel is our passion and our life work. It’s what we do all day every day. We have personally been to destinations worldwide, stayed at the resorts, sailed aboard the cruise ships, so we know what to recommend to our clients. We have established relationships in the travel industry that allow us to offer you special offers and amenities you won’t find anywhere else. Lisa Ferrara- Outside Sales Consultant
From a young age, Lisa’s passion has been traveling and seeing the world. It’s just that she took a 30+ year detour into the investment management business, most recently as a partner at a private investment firm in Boston where her role let her travel throughout the US, Europe and Asia. She has planned trips and traveled extensively through Europe, biked through Morocco, travelled to India, Japan, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, SIngapore, Russia as well as exotic destinations like Machu Picchu, Malta and the Galapagos. Whether it’s a spa trip, a luxury cruise, hiking El Camino in Spain, golfing in Hawaii, cruising the Norwegian Fjords, cooking classes in Italy or swimming with sea lions in the Galapagos, Lisa knows how to get it planned and executed in the style you will like. She holds a BS from Sarah Lawrence College, a MBA from University of Phoenix, and has held various securities licenses. In her spare time, she is an avid golfer, loves to travel (of course!) cook and bake, and is a wine aficionado.

Jamie Perrotti- Owner
Jamie Perrotti, owner of “Detailed Destinations, LLC” has more than 24 years of experience in the travel industry. She received her education and training through Southeastern Academy of Travel in Tourism in Kissimmee, Florida. Upon finishing school she immediately was hired by Liberty Travel of Johnston, Rhode lsland. Through her 14 plus years and 1000,s of bookings later with Liberty, she was able expand her knowledge of the industry by working full time, attending numerous travel seminars and trainings. After many years working within a corporate business model, Jamie decided that the a smaller agency would provide her the ability to do what she liked best, focusing on the details and service required to make her client’s travels something not to be forgotten. Suburban Travel of North Providence gave her that opportunity. After a great 5 years with Suburban, she decided that being outside sales agent would be a great idea. She could maintain her clientele and support the travel industry through outside sales for over 10 years.

Lisa Fox-Kassabian- Travel Consultant
My name is Lisa Fox-Kassabian and I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years. I graduated from The Sawyer School with a certification in Travel Tourism and Hospitality and immediately started working for the Cruise Brothers as a Travel Consultant and soon moved up to Outside Sales Manager. After a year, I got a great opportunity at Liberty Travel in Wayland Square and was a full-time agent for 4 years before transitioning to Liberty’s wholesale side called Gogo Worldwide Vacations. I was at Gogo for 8 years before I decided to go in a different direction and accept a full-time position at Citizens Bank. Travel was still my passion so I still continued to do outside sales for various agencies. When Jamie Perrotti, the owner of Detailed Destinations approached me about the opportunity to work for her new agency it was an offer I couldn’t refuse. I look forward to this new chapter and I am confident we will be a success!

My name is Sherri Kelley. I have 23 years of travel experience. I graduated from Katherine Gibbs in the travel and leisure program. Upon graduating I immediately started working in the field as an agent at Liberty Travel. I furthered my success and knowledge within the 23 years by also working at Mansfield Travel in Mansfield, Massachusetts and Anyplace Travel of Johnston, Rl. After many years of dedication, hard work and compassion it has now given me this opportunity as manager of Detailed Destinations. I look forward to continuing the many relationships I have made throughout the years as well as starting new ones

Cyndie August- Outside Sales Member
My name is Cyndie and I have been in the travel business for over 22 years. I graduated from Travel School of America in Boston and have worked as a travel agent ever since. I've worked for Liberty Travel, American Express Travel and AAA Travel. In 2016 I decided to branch to outside sales to better serve my clients outside of the normal 9 to 5 business hours. I work from home nights and weekends and I will travel to meet my clients at their convenience to always provide the highest level of customer service.
I have personally travelled extensively in the US, Caribbean, Mexico, South America and Europe. I love planning honeymoons and Destination Weddings. I plan independent and group trips for both domestic and international travel. I take great pride in planning and coordinating dream vacations. My passion for travel, depth of experience, and commitment to excellent customer service allows me to meet clients needs while exceeding expectations. I am extremely blessed to be able to say "I love my job" and I am very excited to be part of the Detailed Destinations team.
